My
life and my work
is
dedicated to the transformation and inner peace of all
people and ultimately world peace.
While going through major life changes in 2002
and 2003, I discovered numerous tools to accelerate emotional,
mental, and physical self-healing. I have a unique perspective
to offer that blends my scientific background with my spiritual
experiences, and I want to share them with you for your empowerment
and self-realization and, ultimately, planetary healing. I do
this through energy healing, workshops, dance performance, and
writing.
As a result of my inner journey, I have been miraculously transformed.
The armor I used to carry in my body continues to melt away. I
have a growing sense of trust that everything will work out for
the highest good, that everything happens for a reason, that there
is inner guidance available at every moment, that I belong, people
want to help me, no one can "mess" with me, .... I still
regress now and then, but I see "regression" is necessary
in order to master spiritual lessons.
As a result of this healing work, my dancing
and singing have opened tremendously. I once considered my dancing
a hobby and my singing a lost cause. Thanks to self-awareness
gained via SvaroopaTM yoga, I became
aware of my self-defeating internal dialogue and simply chose
to create a new affirming dialogue. Within a very short time,
I have reclaimed my full self-expression through singing and dancing.
I have since danced in front of 250+ people and sung to an audience
of 400+ people.

Dance
Performances

When
I watched Sandy dance, I felt delighted, inspired, and moved because
my need for beauty, authenticity, sensuality,
expressiveness, and woman power was being met.
